Shop at Breathing Better gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.

Products displayed on this site can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

You will be asked to register as a member of Breathing Better NZ. Your shopping address details will be filed, saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not want to register as a member you will still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive promotional communications.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and other than in New Zealand, exclude local taxes.

All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Warranty

Any written warranty that Breathing Better NZ provides to the Client will also form part of these terms and conditions of trade.

All products are warrantied for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any faulty products are communicated with an email and returned for assessment before a replacement is made.

Returns, Replacement and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to Breathing Better NZ , within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, for exchange, or refund (terms and conditions, and exclusions apply).
The item must be:

• In saleable and undamaged condition.
• In its original unopened and sealed packaging; and
• Accompanied with proof of purchase.
• This policy is in addition to and is not intended to limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

This policy does not impact your rights where a product may be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If an item is faulty/damaged/incorrectly supplied, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy and replacement.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept change of mind returns for exchange or refund:

• That was purchased more than 14 days ago.
• That is not in their original unopened condition and packaging; or
• Without proof of purchase.

The product must be returned to 46 Gallay Road, Auckland. We will offer at Breathing Better’s sole discretion an exchange, or refund.

If applicable, you will incur shipping and any other costs associated with returning the product.

Breathing Better NZ uses the Payright Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Payright processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

Payments are processed in real-time.

Breathing Better NZ does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by Payright.

Payright have bank-grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre.
